U.S. combat troops from the 4th Stryker Brigade U.S. Army has leave Iraq toward Kuwait, Wednesday, August 18, 2010. They are the last brigade of U.S. combat troops out of Iraq after more than seven years in charge.

Prime Minister Iraq Nuri al-Maliki leading in nine provinces of the total 18 provinces based on the calculation result as the general election past weekend.
State Law Alliance (SLA) led by Mr Maliki able to achieve great support in the Shia areas. Meanwhile, the main opponent Maliki, Iyad Allawi, leading in Sunni areas.
